The Importance of Quality Work-Life on Teacher Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Consequences Leader-Member Exchange and Commitment. Objective: study’s major goal was to look at the quality work life, leader member exchange, organizational commitment citizenship behavior private high school instructors in Pematangsiantar City. Methods: This study employs a quantitative research strategy. Multiple regression testing, hypothesis testing using simultaneous partial approaches, correlation with coefficient determination are all used data analysis. Findings: results this explain that have positive significant effect behavior. Conclusion: findings confirm life exchange for schools is attract maintain spirit teachers. Furthermore, there strong within individual, causing teacher OCB run optimally. Keywords: work-life,leader-member commitment. Abstrak: Pentingnya terhadap Behaviour Guru: Konsekuensi dan Komitmen Organisasional. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis behaviour guru SMA Swasta di Kota Pematangsiantar. Riset menggunakan rancang dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis uji regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis metode simultan parsial serta korelasi koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari riset menjelaskan berpengaruh positif signifikan behaviour. Temuan mengkonfirmasi bagi sekolah menarik mempertahankan semangat kerja para guru. Lebih lanjut, adanya komitmen organisasi yang kuat dalam diri individu, menyebabkan dapat berjalan maksimal. Kata kunci: work-life, leader-member organisasional.
